WonderBlock™
Building Systems consists of building
materials made with a patented wood fiber polymer cement
thermal barrier, which is insulative,
fireproof and waterproof. The
insulative core consists of Polyiso insulation that
won't sag or create wall voids common with batt or
blown insulation.
WonderBlock™ insulative & fireproof thermal barrier meets the 15
minute fire rating (ASTM E-119, UBC 26-2) required by code
when foam plastic insulation is used in walls; and has a Class "A"
fire rating with a flame spread of (0) and smoke developed of
5 (lowest in the industry) as defined by ASTM E-84
(test method for evaluating Surface Burning Characteristics of
Building Material).

materials. Its costs are competitve with
those incured in wood frame construction.

homeowner. Its exterior walls can withstand sustained
winds of up to 150 mph. The wall blocks and ceiling
panels are highly insulative (R-19 at 75 degrees
F). In addition they are fireproof, waterproof, mildew,
mold and rot resistant.
